Revived and Relocated: Ace Café Orlando Set to Open in Downtown Sanford

Possible Relocation of Ace Café Orlando Underway According to insider reports, downtown Sanford may welcome a reborn Ace Café. This beloved biker bar and concert venue previously resided in downtown Orlando before its closure last year. Now, it appears a new location may be in the works, observes Zack McNamara, a commercial real estate specialist at Franklin Street Commercial Real Estate. Located around four miles from I-4, this new proposed spot situates the venue closer to a high-density motorcyclist customer base, particularly from Daytona and DeLand. McNamara highlights both areas are under an hour's travel time from the prospective location, making it an attractive draw for riders and music enthusiasts alike. Property development plans for the new site on Laurel Ave have been submitted by Developer Sean Kelley to the Sanford City Council. These blueprints detail an upgraded event space complete with a stage, bar, kitchen, multipurpose area, workroom, and retail area. McNamara points out however, that this new iteration of the Ace Café would be a more intimate venue than its former downtown Orlando outpost. These renovations exemplify a shimmering vision of the music and motor hub's imminent resurrection.
